When people ask if I am happy we moved to the suburbs, I can just show them this pic of my backyard.

I truly enjoy yoga asana sequencing, so this practice gives me a wonderful opportunity to use my creativity and knowledge of the body. In this session, you will challenge your brain & body, and you will have the chance to enjoy child-like fun!

I am so excited to offer Progressive Pilates at in January! If you're an Embodyment member, it's included in your regular classes, and if not, it's only $65 for all four weeks!
