As of May 1, 2026, a CREDIT card fee will be introduced, not exceeding our incurred costs. This fee does not apply to DEBIT card transactions, which can be processed PIN-free with us.

Both offices will be open for “in -office” appointments on Tuesday,1/27/2026. If you are scheduled for an “in-office” appointment, but cannot make it in due to weather, please call the office as soon as possible to let us know you would like to convert your appointment to telehealth as long as your insurance plan covers telehealth visits. STAY SAFE AND WARM!

Telehealth via Doxy or phone call is an option if weather prevents you from coming into the office. We plan to have the office open on Tuesday, 1/7/25.
