We're kicking off our summer intern spotlight series with Chloe Brennan!

Chloe is a Sales, Strategy, and Planning Intern with The Restaurant Store. One of her favorite parts of the internship has been connecting with employees across the organization and seeing firsthand how each role contributes to the customer experience. In her day-to-day work on the front end, Chloe assists customers, helps them find the products they need, and ensures they have a positive experience in the store. She shares, “Being able to hear customer stories, learn about their businesses, and understand why they choose The Restaurant Store makes my day.”

A recent graduate of Temple University with a degree in Marketing, Chloe is already making an impact this summer. We're excited to have her on the team and look forward to seeing all she accomplishes!

Our corporate campus recently hosted its 5th Annual Clark Dog Show! Employees entered their pups in a variety of categories, from Most Handsome Boy and Prettiest Girl to Golden Oldie and Most Adventurous, all competing for a chance to be named Best in Show. After a tough competition and plenty of tail wags, Murphy took home the top honor, and some serious bragging rights!

Congratulations to Murphy and all of our four-legged contestants for making this year’s show a paws-itively unforgettable event!

Our leadership team was proud to attend the FE&S Dealer of the Year & All-Industry Awards Gala on Saturday, May 16, where CEO Gene Clark and COO & President of WebstaurantStore Dave Groff accepted the 2026 Dealer of the Year Award on behalf of Clark Associates.

This award recognizes leadership, innovation, operational excellence, and commitment to customers across the foodservice industry and is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our employees across the company. From our distribution centers and Restaurant Stores to purchasing, technology, customer service, and beyond, this achievement belongs to the entire Clark team!

On Saturday, May 2, our vendor partners, community supporters, and employees came together to celebrate Clark Associates Charitable Foundation's 14th Annual Derby Day—raising a record-breaking $2.7M for 30 local nonprofit organizations!
