This year the Foundation awarded a grant from the Terry A. McGhee/Sally J. Grimm Community Fund to help support many of the free youth opportunities taking place during the Lancaster Festival. One of the biggest youth events, Festival Fair Day, is happening today at the Fairfield County Fairgrounds.
