andi was born + raised right here in lancaster city + brings years of experience in personal training, group fitness, strength coaching + hiit training to our community.

she’s a runner,
a lifter,
a motivator,
a future bsn,
a registered nurse
+ an all-around incredible human.

what really stood out to us wasn’t just her knowledge or coaching experience —

it was her heart.
her passion for helping people. her love for this community.
her desire to make fitness feel welcoming, empowering + fun.

the internet is loud as hell lately 😅

one person says running is bad for your knees
another says lifting heavy will hurt your hormones
someone else says group fitness is toxic
then another account tells you your workout doesn’t “count” unless your heart rate hits a certain zone or you cold plunge barefoot while eating 47 grams of protein within 6 minutes of finishing your set 🙃

it’s a lot

truthfully? all the noise can become so overwhelming that it makes people want to do… nothing at all

we want to remind you of something important:
movement should not feel scary
fitness should not feel like punishment
working out should not make you feel judged, confused, embarrassed, behind, or unwelcome

science supports consistency
science supports strength training
science supports cardiovascular health
science supports stress relief, community, sleep, longevity, bone density, mental health + simply moving your body regularly

but you know what else matters?
feeling safe
feeling supported
feeling comfortable enough to actually KEEP showing up

that’s what we care about most

at tread house, we’re not here to scream internet trends at you

we’re here to coach you, support you, modify when needed, challenge you when appropriate + remind you that your body is allowed to move in ways that feel good FOR YOU
