Has anyone done their katas barefoot in the snow? I do not advise it, but there is no class tonight due to the weather conditions, so stay home & practice, practice, practice!

New session begins in June at the Family Y in Lancaster, Ohio!

Come join us on Monday & Wednesday nights from 7pm - 8pm in the Marten's gym.

No need to register, just show up and we will do the rest.
The cost is $25 per month, and we teach from ages 7 - 77+.

Learn martial arts, self-defense, all kinds of weapons, defensive knife training, break boards, go to tournaments. You won't be sorry, so just do it!
