Peace was the main theme for last evening’s sound meditation. Peace within, peace for our community, for our country, for our tiny planet. Intentions of peace and healing and unity. All the beautiful souls, their beautiful energies gathered and joined collectively. Waves of peace ~ ~ ~ gentle, soothing sounds to accompany us home to the love that dwells within our hearts and souls. For such a time as this, being more lovingly aware to not contribute to the division, hatred, and lack of peace around us. Next month’s meditation - Sound, Consciousness and Life - starts with a half hour mini-class touching on psychoacoustics and studies in psychoneuroimmunology as they relate to sound meditations. You will learn how a sound session can be beneficial, not only physically but as we navigate our life path with more conscious awareness. A full immersive sound meditation follows. Specifically chosen sounds from instruments will be shared from the hearts and hands of skilled, trained and competent facilitators to provide a transcendent, deeply peaceful experience. After she left, I began tackling the job of getting instruments, stands and other implements and decor ready and packed up to head to Harrisburg tomorrow. We will be setting up for the fabulous Spirit Of Oneness Holistic Expo which takes place Saturday and Sunday.

Finally got home at 4:00 but I didn’t want to get out of the car because Beethoven’s 9th just started, and this recording was by George Szell and the Cleveland Orchestra. Beethoven and Szell = heaven…… ♥️🙏🏼🎶 🥰

A lovely day for shining brightly for a photo shoot with two of my favorite people ever. Their light and love shine so brightly, ceaselessly, powerfully, compassionately for all. And I get to have them in my life! 🙏🏼♥️🎶✨ Aren’t they beautiful?!
