If your athlete is heading into the offseason this summer and wants to feel stronger, faster, and more confident โ€” this is for them.

Our 6-week Strength & Performance Camp is designed specifically for student athletes who want to build real strength, improve speed and explosiveness, and reduce their risk of injury.

Athletes will train 2x per week in a small group setting (limited to 10) so they get the coaching and attention they need to improve safely and effectively.

Each session focuses on:

Huge THANK YOU to for giving our team some much needed recovery this afternoon!

As coaches, weโ€™re always encouraging our members to prioritize recoveryโ€“ and today we got to do a little of that ourselves.

From compression therapy and cryotherapy to red light therapy, infrared sauna, IV drips, and more, Restore offers a variety of services designed to support recovery, reduce soreness, improve energy, and help you feel your best.
