But safety is also influenced by something less visible: worker well-being.

Physical health, mental well-being, adequate rest, and strong support systems all play a role in helping employees stay focused, make sound decisions, and perform their jobs safely.

As we continue National Safety Month, we're recognizing that supporting worker health means looking beyond the task at hand and investing in the people who make the work possible.

Because safety is about more than what you wear.

Today we celebrated National Mechanics Day with a Hot Dog Day for the team members who keep our fleet running.

From diagnosing complex issues and tackling unexpected repairs to keeping vehicles road-ready, the impact of our mechanics is felt across every branch, route, and jobsite we serve.

We're grateful for the hard work, skill, and dedication they bring to the job, and today was a small way to say thank you.
