We are thrilled to welcome the Lancaster City Housing Authority (LCHA) to the partnership! LCHA is a vital cornerstone of our community, providing safe, sanitary, and affordable housing to over 1,500 individuals and families across Lancaster City. Through their Green Master Plan, they are dedicated to transforming their four residential communities into greener, more resilient spaces for all residents.
LCHA is excited to help connect urban residents to environmental stewardship and increase tree canopy coverage, improve green infrastructure, and reduce stormwater runoff."

Check out the front page of today's paper! The first round of water quality testing at the Long’s Park Wetlands shows promising results! Early monitoring found an 80% reduction in nitrogen, helping improve water quality in Long’s Pond and the Little Conestoga Creek. Designed to filter stormwater from Route 30, the wetlands are also thriving with native plants, frogs, ducks, and other wildlife.
