Keystone Pet Place is looking for a responsible, enthusiastic Keyholder or Assistant Manager to join our management team!

The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience in management or retail/customer service and a passion for delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful customer care. Experience or interest in marketing is a plus, but not required. This position averages 33–40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday (we’re closed on Sundays). A typical schedule includes 1–2 evening shifts per week and 1–2 Saturdays per month. We have two locations—one in Mount Joy and one on Oregon Pike in Lancaster—and we’re seeking someone who can travel between both stores as needed.

While we do not currently offer medical benefits, we provide employee discounts on supplies, and full-time team members earn Paid Time Off.
