This week has been a significant transition in Dale R. Yoder's professional life! He divested most of his shares (from 66.7% to 6.7%) in Cornerstone Design - Architects to two young and talented architects who have worked for Cornerstone since graduating from college. Ryan Griffith (in the center) is now the largest shareholder and President. Zak Polett (on the right) is the other architectural partner and Board Secretary. His son, Josh Yoder (pictured next to him), is Vice President and his other son in the business, Ben Yoder (second from right in picture) is Treasurer and Business Manager. Zack David, his middle son sold his shares to his brothers. The picture was taken at the Fig Magazine - Lancaster Spring edition launch party at Southern Market after signing the transition paperwork earlier in the day. Look for the announcement on page 54 of the Fig Magazine.

We are happy to see the finished Shoot Indoors KOP firing range and training center. Its amenities include indoor rifle and pistol ranges both equipped with state-of-the-art ventilation and air filtration systems, training facilities, a family-friendly environment, and Certified Instructors.

We worked closely with Shoot Indoors and CCS Building Group on this adaptive reuse project. CDA designed a new façade and entrance lobby, new accessible restrooms, and coordinated with the team of consultants to develop the new interior firing ranges.
