The weather is becoming balmy. The scents of bonfires and spicy drinks are filling the senses. Looking for a unique date night or self-care idea?

It’s the perfect time of year to join West End Yoga Studio and myself for a special Sunset Yoga evening.

This is a yin yoga class with gentle stretches and positions meant to relax and ease the body and soul. The evening will be accompanied by gentle folk harp and nearby stream bubbling to lull your body and mind into a tranquil peace.

This yoga class is meant to be accessible to people of almost all abilities. If you have questions regarding the class or would like to pre-register, please contact West End Yoga Studio.
