Here’s a little insight on how things have been looking logistically for the Lancaster County real estate market🏡

We’ve seen an increase in overall inventory from September to the end of October, with the months of inventory available growing about 19% 📈

Since this time last year, we’ve also seen that homes are staying on the market an average of 6 days longer, and that the median list price is up $15,000 compared to October 2023💰
