The other week I overheard someone say “You can get a croissant anywhere”. While that may be true, chances are it’s not gonna be this croissant. 🥐

Most places buy their croissant dough premade, ready to shape, and there’s nothing wrong with that. It produces a serviceable croissant and that’s a big reason why most taste the same.

Meghan has been honing in her croissants for years. She makes and laminates the dough in-house which produces a truly unique croissant. Seasonal temperature changes always add an extra challenge but it’s safe to say she’s got them locked in now.

You may have noticed Meghan has been making some changes to the Cinnamon Bun recently. This week she’s trying out a cream cheese glaze instead of the classic frosting. The idea being a glaze covers more surface area of the bun and provides a perfect ratio bite every time.

Here’s a progression of Meghan trying the newest iteration for the first time. Safe to say, she’s found her Cinnamon Bun! 🤭
