It was so hot last week that I barely stepped outside. I finally got cabin fever and walked down to get the mail. I’m glad I did because I spotted this little cutie. A Tiger Swallowtail caterpillar working on its leaf shelter.

This American Bullfrog disappears into algae and plant cover thanks to its natural camouflage. It’s one of Ohio’s largest frog species and a common wetland resident.
