We’re used to waiting for symptoms.

But what if the body shows signs before that point?

Often, there’s a quieter phase first where the body is adapting, compensating, and under load… long before something feels “wrong.”

In Integrated Iridology, we observe patterns that can reflect this phase:

• how the body responds to stress
• where energy may be overused or under-supported
• how well systems are regulating and recovering

It’s not about diagnosis.

It’s about seeing function in real time.

Because by the time symptoms appear, the body has usually been trying to manage things for a while.

Earlier awareness doesn’t create fear — it creates options.

I am once again in awe of how much care and detail God put into each of us as we were knit together in our mother’s womb! I am finishing an iridology intensive this week and am amazed at all the detail that can be seen in the iris alone. Every organ connects to the iris via the optic nerve. 28000 nerves connect to the iris! Every detail together tells a story- an incredibly unique story for each of us.

What we see in the iris can be used to understand genetic predispositions (or the what COULD be) so you understand what you can do to support the body now before issues arise.
