Fun Bus Careers - Director of Social Media
We are seeking a qualified, full-time Director of Social Media to manage, create, and facilitate all social media platforms for Fun Bus. This position will help represent, educate, recruit, and communicate on behalf of the organization while supporting efforts to increase sales and profitability.

This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position offers benefits, a partially flexible schedule, and some work-from-home opportunities. The ideal candidate will be creative, technically skilled, and proficient with WIX, Facebook, Google, Instagram, YouTube, Canva, Excel, AdobePro, video editing, graphic design, CRM systems, and other database tools. This role requires experience with SEO, GEO, and AEO, as well as the ability to use AI responsibly to enhance marketing efforts.

Responsibilities include managing customer contacts, interacting with customers to gain firsthand operational insight, coordinating electronic and print marketing campaigns, supporting sales and social media efforts, participating in community events, assisting with recruiting and retention programs, attending marketing team meetings, managing one sales team member, and traveling with groups when needed to gather content and support quality control. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proper grammar, flexibility, creativity, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
