We were honored to cater the 2026 Fishbowl Fundraiser for Arch Street Center at Foundry48—an evening filled with island-inspired energy, exciting auctions, and a mission that truly matters.

At TFB Catering, we believe food helps create the atmosphere where connection happens. This event brought people together not only to celebrate, but to support adults living with serious mental illness through community, stability, and opportunity.

Guests enjoyed a luau-inspired menu full of bold, tropical flavors:
• Hawaiian Inspired Grazing Table
• Huli Huli Chicken Skewers — grilled chicken & pineapple brushed in teriyaki glaze
• Kalua Pork Sliders — slow-roasted pork, Hawaiian sweet rolls, pineapple slaw
• Hawaiian Street Corn Dip — lime crema, cotija, Tajín & coconut seasoning with house made tortilla chips
• Hawaiian BBQ Meatballs
• Green Rice
• Coconut Shrimp
• Dessert Station — pineapple upside-down bites & guava cheesecake bars
