New Roots Doula Services

My sweet family will be welcoming our 4th in early 2026! As we adjust to a family of 6, I will be taking some time off starting in December of this year. I'm not sure for how long, but I will still be available for all of my current & postpartum clients!

Being a doula is more than just hip squeezes and counter pressure. A doula holds space for all of the expected and unexpected emotions during pregnancy, labor and postpartum. A doula provides a safe environment for you to feel and be vulnerable in. A doula helps you make informed decisions by making sure you are provided with all of your choices and evidence based information. A doula creates a bridge of communication between everyone that is involved in your birth so you don't have to worry about facilitating your birth preferences. A doula is there to make sure your partner is taken care of and included during your labor. A doula is there to advocate with you and make you feel heard. A doula creates a special bond with you and your family that lasts a lifetime. A doula is what every mother deserves to have.
