Happy 4th of July! Some anglers are great fishermen.

Some are great teachers.

Very few are both.

I recently had the chance to sit down with Cory Cuje of Old Dominion Trout Bum after one of his presentations at Precision Fly & Tackle. We talked about trout fishing, euro nymphing, learning, and what it really means to help other anglers improve.

I expected to write an article about one of the best euro nymphers in the country.

Instead, I found myself writing about what makes a great teacher.
