I have been reflecting on this year and all the changes that we and the world are going through.

I am definitely changing. I am recognizing some food addictions and thought addictions. I think they are called circular thoughts.

I have reduced my intake of sugar in all its forms and have a lot more energy.

Then there are those limiting thoughts that can hold you back. Someone or something triggers a thought “I’m not good enough or smart enough”,etc. Oh, “I’m not loved “ is another. I’m sure you have your own version of this self talk.
I have come to see that these are just “ideas” that were planted in my psyche, in some version, in my childhood . They are not real, but they have informed so many of my life decisions.

Now, I see others through this filter. As I believe we are on this earth to learn and grow, I see others from a heart of compassion and hope that instead of judging, I am able to see that they are divine beings. As I bring them to the Light in my mind, I am helping them lift to a higher place in themselves. I’m not doing, I’m allowing them to be.

I heard this this Sunday and I thought I would pass it on. So much of the time we spend criticizing our selves as well as others. What I am finding out is that to truly love others I have to love myself. This doesn't mean that I see a perfect being that does no wrong. I means that in spite of my imperfection, I am perfect. I am here to learn and grow. Sometimes it takes my imperfection to help me see what I have to learn. The seeing is the perfection or grace in all of this.
