First-time selling can be as nerve-wracking as first-time buying! In Jack and Lexi's case, his company had already moved them across the state and he was carrying his past home with him still! Jack and Lexi had bought when values were a little higher plus there was now a lot of new construction going on all around their home, so they had stiff competition.
