If you experience trees falling due to 2/23 ice storm, take photos to document damage done to house and property. Only limbs that damage the house/property get removal paid for as part of a claim. All claims subject to a deductible which is typically 1% of the house coverage amount. Example, house coverage is $250,000 the deductible is $2500.
