Designed as a multi-owner residence, this project elegantly bridges the laid-back warmth of a Texas lake house with the crisp, clean lines of mountain modern architecture. Because the home needs to effortlessly host and function for multiple large families, the design prioritizes longevity and universal appeal—anchored by high-quality furniture, neutral tones, and high-performance fabrics. To balance this tailored foundation, we introduced layers of personality and visual interest through unexpected artwork, curated accessories, and rich textiles
