Since 2014, Polk County / East Plant City Market has been on an unstoppable industrial roll! We’re talking about a colossal addition of 7,958,276 square feet of premier industrial space on sizes between 250,000 SF and 499,000 SF, spread across 21 modern facilities, each one averaging an immense 378,966 square feet. Since 2014, the industrial landscape of Polk County / East Plant City Market has seen a total amount of 37 new buildings, each ranging from 100,000 to 249,000 SF. But there's more to these structures than their impressive footprints – it's all about the clear height!

Clear height is the vertical canvas for businesses, allowing them to store more, operate efficiently, and utilize advanced equipment. It's the difference between a crowded storage room and an expansive warehouse where opportunities, quite literally, have room to rise.

Among these towering achievements, our highest flier is the 60' clear height, constructed in 2020 specifically for Amazon Air Cargo – setting a new benchmark for industrial ambition of Polk County.

The most popular heights? Buildings with a clear height of 30' lead the pack with 15 structures (40%), followed closely by 32' heights with 11 (30%). The remaining 11 buildings (30%) showcase a variety of heights, proving that our industrial spaces are as diverse as the businesses they serve.
