We’re up to 83 pairs of shoes collected for Gambia—and we’re still counting! 🙌🏾

Thank you to everyone who has donated so far. In partnership with Let It Fly Basketball Academy, we’re helping provide something many of us take for granted: a good pair of shoes.

Our goal is 200 pairs by July 15! If you’d like to donate, message us for pickup or meet us at Simpson park next Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday to drop your shoes off. Every pair makes a difference. 🇬🇲💙

Man oh man! We started with this group Sept. 2025 and had some additional peeps join the fam in February 2026…. The GROWTH, INDIVIDUAL CONFIDENCE, BIBLE STUDIES… God is so good! I couldn’t be more proud of our young ladies.

EVERYONE walked away with something. Whether it was mentally, physically, emotionally or spiritually. So excited to see what’s in store for these ladies next!! 🤩🤩

And of course this season wouldn’t have been NEARLY as successful as it was if it wasn’t for our AMAZING coaching staff!! Coach Martin and Coach Jones are the staple & make Coach Taylor’s job so easy! There’s not enough space nor time to properly show them the Honor & praise that they deserve!

👟🌍 3RD ANNUAL GTE SHOE DRIVE 🌍👟

Every pair tells a story. Every donation changes a life.

This year, God’s Timing Elite and Moknowledge Youth Foundation are once again partnering with Let It Fly Basketball Academy to collect shoes and athletic equipment for children in The Gambia, West Africa.

In many parts of The Gambia, shoes are considered a luxury—not a necessity. Many children walk long distances to school, play sports barefoot, and often share limited resources with their families. A simple pair of shoes can provide protection, confidence, dignity, and the opportunity to participate safely in school and sports.

This past weekend, our middle school boys traveled to Orlando and played up — and every single game came down to the wire. Losses by one and two points. They battled until the final buzzer, every time!!

The individual growth. The collective growth. Watching them come together as one unit, locked in and ready to compete against older, more experienced competition, was encouraging!

But the moment that stood out above all of it had nothing to do with the scoreboard. One of our players pulled aside and asked where he should start his Bible reading journey. That question is exactly what GTE is built for. We are not just developing athletes. We are raising young athletes of faith, character, and purpose.

Wins and losses will come and go. But the winning of souls? That lasts forever. All glory to God. 👏👏👏
