We’re still reflecting on the powerful energy from Saturday’s Women’s Wellness Experience hosted by Latinas Profesionales in Action ✨

Araceli had the honor of returning as a speaker for this year’s theme, “Self Care: Necessity or Luxury?”—guiding a room full of incredible women through the science and importance of nurturing all five realms of self-care.

Together with Lupita, the experience went beyond conversation. Through guided imagery, intentional breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, and a restorative sound bath, attendees were given space to truly pause, reset, and reconnect.

We’re grateful to have been part of such a meaningful and transformative day for the women in our community. Thank you to LPA for creating space where wellness is not just encouraged—but embodied. 💛
