Blake Appleton Foundation

What a small world. The team behind Blake's Foundation was picking up donations for another sick little girl in the area this evening. We anonymously went to the home of a very kind woman who reminded us that we will be blessed because we were blessing others. While talking more about kindness and God's plans, she talked about meeting a little boy who forever changed her way of thinking. Imagine the chills when we discovered she was the photographer who took the wonderful pictures of Blake and his family during his last 'feel good' days. She told stories of the Skittles she offered him to break the ice and how he touched her heart - a little boy she had never met before. And she was blessing more strangers tonight because of how he made her feel back then. We were strangers until tonight yet we all had Blake as a common interest. Thank you, Blake. Thank you for continuing to make us all smile!!!
