Hail storm 2020. We are currently battling the insurance company on this large loss claim. Adjuster met onsite with property owner and myself. Adjuster stated he saw damage
And continued to point out damages. Weeks later insurance company sent letter stating as per our discussion during our inspection, there was no damage. Keep in mind, the adjuster who sent that letter was not the adjuster on site during inspections. Not sure what conversation or who had that conversation with?! Looking forward to updating this outcome.

This large loss claim was damage sustained from an 80mph wind event. Initially the insurance company stated this was a maintenance issue. After our team’s forensic inspections we were able to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the damage was in fact from a wind event. We took this claim from &0 to $800,000.00
