We are migrating to this new page for LifeSpring so please go 👍 & Follow🍎Lifespring Home Nutrition🍎so we can safely delete the one with MEALS at the end of Lifespring Homenutrition. The one WITHOUT the word “meals” at the end is the NEW one. But it’s not really new✨new…

I started these pages over 10 years ago on Facebook which only rolled out corporate pages 14 years ago. My mom had started delivering healthy meals to the home aka Susan’s Healthy Gourmet in 1995 and we even built one of the very first, if not the first, online healthy-meals-to-the-home ordering websites in the world. THEN we started LifeSpring Home Nutrition, again one of the first, if not the first, Medically Tailored Meal delivery to your home in 2003.

And look at the healthy & Medically Tailored Meal movement NOW!

So being that I am her daughter and that I know anyone who knew my mom or ordered her healthy meals ( I recognize a lot of you so hello yay and hope you are all well) would appreciate carrying on Susan Johnson’s Legacy. Her life’s mission was helping young professionals, busy moms or anyone who wanted to lose weight or eat healthier but didn’t have the time or knowledge to do it themselves. My life’s mission is to help those with chronic illnesses, those in need of transplants or surgery and our aging population plus hard to get to, residents in the countryside or rural areas; get meals right for them, at the right time, in the right way.

It’s all about helping people and doing the right thing because it’s who you are AND because you can. Thank you to both sets of customers for the many years of support 🙏 it is now time to join you ❤️

Check out this Common Nutritional Myth, Debunked: ✔️

Myth: You need to drink a gallon of water every day

False:
Each person’s hydration status is extremely individualized. Most folks may need about 64 ounces of water (8 cups of 8 oz water), but this varies widely according to the individual.

A typical bottle of water is 16.9 ounces, so that means one would need to drink 3.5 bottles of water within a 24 hr period. (To meet the 64 oz goal)

Staying hydrated is important.

Remember that part of the fluids your body needs is also absorbed by eating fruits, vegetables and other high-water content foods.

If you are unsure how much water that your body needs, speak with your doctor about it.
