Despite the geographical challenge, Benchmark seamlessly delivered cutting-edge technology that elevated this event to unparalleled heights. A highlight of our involvement was the stunning general session, featuring a trio of curved LED walls. The result? A breathtaking 180 ft wide display that catered to every seat in the house, creating an immersive experience like no other. But that's not all – we introduced a stage lift that added a touch of drama and excitement to the stage reveal, engaging the audience in playful anticipation.

Beyond the general session, we transformed the lawn into a captivating tented space. Guests were transported to a realm of wonder through a dramatic LED entrance. Within the tent, a world of possibilities unfolded, boasting ceiling projections, cozy lounge areas, elegant dining spaces, and a fully-equipped stage complete with professional concert-grade sound, dazzling lighting, and a top-tier video system. And let's not forget the killer dance floor, the epic stage for The Trade Desk's famed Trader 99 talent show, where employees unleashed their inner rockstars! As the week drew to a close, the festivities reached a crescendo with an unforgettable beach and pool party. An oasis of relaxation and reflection, this beachside gathering allowed attendees to unwind and reminisce about a week brimming with excitement.
