Hey y’all happy Sunday, this post is a bit different, but I wanted to talk about my hair school journey and experience since I don’t have much longer!

Going into school I knew close to nothing about hair, but I did know that I had a passion for the beauty industry! When I finally decided to go for my dream career, there was no doubt in my mind that The Ritz Academy was the school for me, and I’m so happy I made that choice. The second photo is the very first time I did flat iron curls😬yikes! But I love that I took that picture because it is a reminder of how much I’ve been able to accomplish because of my school. There are weeks where I still have doubt in myself or feel as though I’m not doing as well as I could, but I have the best teachers to encourage me and do everything they possibly can to restore my confidence and help me become the best future hairstylist I can be. So now I’m in phase 4 and my curls have definitely come a long way, and I just want to give a little reminder that you can start the path to your dream career no matter the circumstances🤍 shoutout to my school for making me realize that!
