The Maui Real Estate Market Continues on its seemingly endless upward cycle....when will it end? A question many ask "are we at the top of the market?"... time will tell but with the lack of inventory currently on the market Sellers are certainly in the driving seat whilst many Buyers compete for the same property often resulting in multiple offers and contracts sometimes over current asking prices to be the winning bid. The real estate market is always a cycle but at the moment its hard to see the next phase with a seemingly endless stream of Buyers wanting to get into the Maui market.
