We loved sharing a taste of Honu at this year’s Kapalua Food & Wine Festival! 🍷
Our team was proud to showcase two of our favorite dishes for festival guests.
Our signature Shrimp Duo featured two large shrimp served with roasted fennel, rich lobster bisque, and crispy shallots, while our refreshing Lobster Salad combined cucumber, hearts of palm, tomato, avocado, 20-year balsamic, and vanilla bean champagne vinaigrette.
