Yoga brought me these 3 magical beings plus the peace of mind to move through this life with them. I’m so thankful for discovering this practice, it led me to India, meeting my partner + father of my magical children, teaching on wonderful retreats and students I adore + the ability to continuing to learn and grow through practice and trainings. The ocean or sea has always felt like home to me. This photo was taken last year in the Maldives. Beautiful right? What you don’t see is the amount of in the water. On this very day our captain had saved two turtles who had gotten themselves caught in plastic. I want to do what I can to protect the beautiful waters we so enjoy and depend on so this November I have decided to join with and take plastic out of my bathroom. We have already replaced plastic bottles, to go coffee cups, Tupperware, plastic wrap, and many kitchen items. The bathroom has always felt a bit harder for me so I am excited to jump in.
