This glimpse into the near future made me realize how different the world is for our children — where AI is not just a tool but an invisible companion shaping what they know and how they think.

Try the following:
1) Push the "pause" button (on your question, or concern)
2) Take A Deep breath (or two or three)
3) Accept the discomfort
4) Refocus on the current conversation
5) Acknowledge your curiosity (to yourself and others)
6) Set a reminder for later (to follow up with your question)
7) "Park" the idea (on a sticky note)
8) Make a plan to follow up
9) Self reflect
10) Jot it down
