Fresh off being named the 2026 Laguna Beach Arts Alliance Artists of the Year, Opera Laguna co-founders Arnold Livingston Geis and Oriana Geis-Falla reunite onstage as the lovers at the heart of The Student Prince.

Praised by the Houston Press for a partnership whose “mutual affection shows up in spades on stage,” the real-life couple has performed together everywhere from La Bohème and Lucia di Lammermoor to concert stages across the country. Now, they’re bringing one of Broadway’s most beloved operettas home to Laguna Beach.

Join Arnold in the title role of Prince Karl Franz and Oriana as Kathie for this one-night-only event featuring a 36-piece orchestra, Opera Laguna’s Young Professional Chorus, and brand-new ballet choreography.
