Dry Ice & Bottled Water Distribution in Dutchess, Ulster, and Putnam Counties 07/06/2026
NYS Office of Emergency Management: Central Hudson and NYSEG are distributing dry ice and bottled water due to prolonged power outages. Distributions are occurring at the following locations beginning at 2:00 p.m. until supplies run out:

Accord Municipal Lot at 22 Main Street in the Hamlet of Accord, Ulster County
Home Depot at 3470 North Road in the City of Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County
Pawling Fire Department at 25 South Street in the Town of Pawling, Dutchess County
Stanford Fire House at 6069 Route 92 in the Town of Stanfordville, Dutchess County
Paladin Center at 39 Seminary Hill Road in the Town of Carmel, Putnam County

If you are experiencing a power outage, there are steps you can take to keep you, your family, and pets safe. Keep generators outside and disconnect appliances to prevent electrical surges. For more safety tips visit: https://www.dhses.ny.gov/power-outages
