ENCORE!! If you just happened to notice Ritzy Roost closed it's doors on Saturday we have a surprise for you. We will open our doors tomorrow morning at 10 am. People will be coming in to pick up large items they have previously purchased. I will be straighteneing my office and working at cleaning up. If you happen to be in town all Clothing will be on Sale for $1, coats $5, wedding dresses: sizes - 6, 6/7, 7/8 best offer. Larger items such as Rolling Racks, Tall Rounders, Short Rounders, chairs, desk, lamps etc. not already purchased can be viewed and bids will be accepted. We may not be open all day. So if you would like a second chance we'll See you Tomorrow.

TOMORROW is our Last Day for the Ritzy Roost .... I would like to formally invite each and everyone here looking at this page to come to Downtown LaGrange and our place on the Square. It's a sobering time for our family but the crowd we are expecting should help ease those pangs from 11 - 3 (maybe 4 if business continues)

I will post also on the LaGrange Yard Sale after I finish here with many more photos and glimpses at what's on Sale. I will also type up a flyer for our guests tomorrow letting everyone know what large articles are still available and at what targeted price. I do want to ad here that while the community is seeing a great chance to make purchases cheap we, the Roost Family, need to make as much money as we can in order to defer the tremendous loss my sister, Sally, and I are experiencing. I guess what I'm saying is in coming in to find bargains please try not to take advantage of the Shop's need now. Sally & I & Joe & Tim have given all that we can possibily give to the community of LaGrange in terms of money, time, effort, and energy. I pray that someone or several individuals come forward tomorrow to begin the process of purchasing the business. We believe LaGrange needs you to do this and negotiations and time payments are possible.

Photo #1: Here's that little Asher Evans again. He has loved growing up with the Ritzy Roost. He knows me. He knows the Shop. And he definitely knows this manikin. (By the way the Rabbit, Child Manikin & Antique Wood Table with Leather Top are all for Sale)

Photo #2: And here's a close up of the Wood & Leather Round Table with carver feet. Sally purchased it for $45 and will let it go at that price. (does need some glue - good idea to speak with Tim)

Photo #4: TEACHERS! This Hand-Made, Hand-Painted Lectern would be a great addition to your classroom or church. While Tim created it as a Map of the Stop simply adding a stick of wood to the bottom of the top surface and removing the Map Pieces (they were made to remove) and you've created a Lectern you can put your papers or book on to teach.

Photo #5: Many, many Manikins Still Available! Yes, the wire ones are gone - HOWEVER, the padded ones are great not just for Retailers but also seamstresses, teenagers, etc. Walk around the shop and look at each.
