Patients with substance use disorders (SUDs) represent an especially vulnerable population in terms of self-harm. It's often easy for family and friends to overlook signs of self-harm and injuries, so today let's be open, become more aware and support those in need of assistance.

WHAT: A live workshop + workbook for anyone who feels angry about what their body can and cannot do due to pain, illness, fatigue, or cognitive issues like brain fog. Also appropriate for parents and partners of people with chronic illness who want to learn + better support their loved ones.
