A decent start back to work. Toilets and sinks are set and caulked. Bathroom quarter round finished. Stained accent trim board up in the master bathroom. Living room accent wall complete.

A productive but rough day at the flip. Each thing we worked on seemed to be a challenge. But the drywall is up. The door hinges and handles are on. The exterior trim all has first coat of paint on them. And the kitchen backsplash tile is almost halfway installed.

A great start to the week! Basement cleaned and framed… ready for drywall. Espresso stained butcher block countertops installed and sealed in the kitchen and main floor bathrooms. More caulking, trim painting, and touch ups.
