🏫 Help Shape the Future of LPSS 🏫

Applications are now open for the 2026-2027 LPSS Superintendent's Advisory Panel, a group of parents, community members, business leaders, future educators, and civic leaders who will work alongside district leadership to provide feedback, share ideas, and help strengthen our schools.

The panel will meet quarterly throughout the school year, giving members a meaningful opportunity to help inform conversations that impact students, families, and our community.

⭐ Growing Beyond the Benchmark ⭐

LPSS students continue to raise the bar. The Louisiana Department of Education's 2025-2026 LEAP results show that:
*43% of LPSS students scored at the Mastery level or above
*LPSS outperformed the state average by 7 percentage points
*LPSS students demonstrated growth in Math, Science, and Social Studies while maintaining high performance in ELA

These results reflect the hard work of our students, educators, families, and staff, and our continued commitment to helping every student grow. Congratulations to everyone who made this achievement possible!
