• Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and season to taste.
2. Steam or sauté green beans until tender-crisp.
3. Stir Greek yogurt into the beef for a creamy, protein-packed sauce.
4. Add green beans and mix together.
5. Top with shredded cheese and cover for a few minutes until melted.

Simple. Delicious. High in protein. And packed with nutrients to help support an active, healthy lifestyle!

☕️ Once you switch to a French press, it’s hard to go back. The flavor is richer, smoother, and tastes like real coffee — bold, fresh, and so much more enjoyable than the average cup.

But one of my favorite hidden benefits? 🌿 Less plastic.

Many coffee makers and pods involve hot water running through plastic components or single-use pods. A French press keeps it simple — coffee, hot water, and usually glass + stainless steel. Reducing everyday plastic exposure, especially around heat, can be one small way to help limit contact with hormone-disrupting chemicals.
