What if your problem and your solution arrive at the same time?
We’re taught that answers come after effort, time, or struggle.
But Divine Intelligence doesn’t move from chaos to order—it only knows order.
Joe Dispenza in his book Becoming Supernatural, says that science is finding that, “The unified field is a self-organizing intelligence that is always observing the material world into order and form.”
Which to me means the moment a challenge appears,
the solution already exists.
Not later.
Now.
Maybe desire isn’t proof that something is missing…
but evidence that a new version of you is ready.
“Everything you desire is embraced within you…you must release it through the acknowledgment of its presence and fulfillment.”
—Vivian May Williams
This is the heart of my chapter You Are Never Separate from Your Solutions in my latest book, Divine Dirt Digging Deeper: Align with the Divine and Manifest Your Dreams—a coffee-table book of spiritual reflections, contemplation exercises, flower photography from my garden and as an extra, gardening tips for the 100+ flowers featured.
The contemplation exercise for this chapter teaches a 3 part exercise. 1-Move from your Head Space to Your Heart Space. 2-Let Go of the Struggle or Problem 3-Rest in the Divine and Listen.

The other day on my bike ride home, I practiced something I write about in Divine Dirt: Digging Deeper—Kritajina, the Sanskrit practice of cultivating a state of consciousness of gratitude.
At first it was just mental—listing things in my head. Then I focused on my heart while doing it.
Suddenly, appreciation wasn’t something I was thinking about—I was genuinely feeling it.
That’s what Kritajina means: not just thinking gratitude but embodying it as a state of consciousness.
The secret is to linger long enough on what you appreciate until you ignite the feel of gratitude.
Your feelings will follow your focus.
And when your feelings shift, your consciousness and energy shifts, life begins to respond.
The chapter Kritajina, doesn’t just explain the teaching-it invites you to practice it and includes a journaling exercise designed to help you cultivate the consciousness of gratitude as a lived experience…not a mental checklist.
Ready to go deeper and apply these teachings to your own life, Divine Dirt Digging Deeper: Align with the Divine and Manifest Your Dreams is waiting for you. Available now

Be an Island of Coherence Amid a Sea of Chaos
“When a system is far from equilibrium, small islands of coherence in a sea of chaos have the capacity to lift the system to a higher order.”
—Ilya Prigogine, Physical Chemist, Nobel Laureate
Time in Silence to align with the Divine, breath, meditation, and nature are the main ways I keep myself in a better State of Being so that I can be one of the “small islands of coherence in the sea of chaos.”
The world needs more small islands of coherence.
What will help you be one of these? What helps you stay centered and grounded?
Today, practice being one of the small islands of coherence in this world that helps lift up others and this world.
This is an excerpt from my book Divine Dirt Digging Deeper. Chapter titled, Be an Island of Coherence Amid a Sea of Chaos.
For more ideas on how to stay centered, the chapter and book has a number of contemplation exercises.
