Are you a "people person" with an eye for detail and a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We are looking for a bubbly, professional, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a part-time Administrative Assistant!

Professional & Organized: You can juggle tasks with ease and keep the office environment top-notch.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers and ready to learn our systems.

Proactive: You see what needs to be done before being asked.

Key Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and managing front-desk communications.
Keeping the office "client-ready" (ensuring coffee/creamer are stocked, plug-ins are refilled, and supplies are organized).
Managing office inventory and stocking essentials.
Occasional bank deposits.
Light weekly maintenance (emptying office trash on Fridays).

The Details:
Experience: Office experience is preferred, but a willingness to learn is a must!
Schedule: Part-time (specific hours to be discussed).
