Happy Friday! I thought it would be nice to celebrate the passing of last week's smoke screen with a photo I took during the drive into the office this morning! See that...those are mountains!!!

Some of you may have experienced unwelcome symptoms in the last week or so because of the poor air quality...things like coughing, throat irritation, wheezing, and sinus congestion. Increasing your water intake and staying indoors when air quality is poor can help. It is a good idea to check the air quality if you are concerned. That can be done at www.airnow.gov
