Smash is almost ready! 🎾

We are putting the finishing touches on the project as the pickleball courts come together with Smash's Cushion Court System, sunshades, audio system, and courtside tables for spectators. The energy is building as Smash prepares for its Soft Opening on Tuesday, March 10 although the courts are being finalized, the rest of the venue is designed for entertainment in the outdoor fully turfed patio with a bar that serves both indoor and outdoor!

Come out and enjoy food, beverages, and cocktails while experiencing our outdoor entertainment space featuring a lively patio, music, adult games, a full-size kids playground, and even a putt-putt golf area.

Road Project Complete!

The new Marcon Road Extension at the Bunker Loft’s project in Lafayette, Louisiana is now complete, and we’re currently awaiting final permitting approvals.

Bunker Loft’s at the Wetlands is Lafayette’s premier private storage and lifestyle community, designed for discerning collectors and adventure-seekers. We also have both commercial and large residential buildings in the permitting phase, with approvals expected to be released soon. The project sits just south abutting The Wetlands Golf Course for beautiful views for your new lot!
