Knit-A-Bit owner Linda Elmore stopped by with a surprise gift to Purdue Center for Cancer Research in memory of Dawn Christensen. Dawn was an avid knitter and yarn collector. Her skeins were sold to raise funds for cancer research in honor of her battle with cancer. Linda is pictured here presenting a check to Jerry Alberts, Chief Development Officer of the Purdue Center for Cancer Research.
