I’ll be offering prenatal yoga classes beginning next Friday 11/12 at 9am at fresh new studio!

This class includes meditation + breath work + gentle yoga poses to support your changing body through each trimester. Prenatal yoga strengthens intuition, facilitates deep relaxation, and can bring ease to labor and delivery.
